Our standard delivery policy is that orders received between 8am and 5:30pm, will be delivered the following day. However if an item is required urgently, we will do all we can to ensure you receive your order when it is required.

You can be sure we will not let you down.

Consistent fill rates with minimal level of back orders:
Our objective is to supply all catalogue stock items within 24 hours of receiving orders. However, we are always happy to source and supply a product that does not appear in our catalogue, at no additional cost to the customer.

It is our policy to obtain for our customers any product they require. If we know a customer will purchase a non stock product on a regular basis we will endeavour to maintain that item in stock at all times.

Where we cannot quickly supply a customer with a non standard item they have ordered, we will always provide the customer with the opportunity of taking alternative products of similar quality and price. If we know the policy of the customer is to achieve value for money rather than brand preference, we will make product recommendations that will achieve the same results for less money. We carry this policy out as a normal course in trying to provide our customers with an overall high degree of service.
