A Supply Contract ensures quoted prices are maintained for a minimum period of three months regardless of any cost increases by our suppliers. If a price increase is necessitated after the three month period, the customer will be notified prior to the increase being effected.

Any product cost savings by Capital Office Supplies are passed onto our customers in the form of lower prices, ensuring the customer receives competitive prices at all times.
